You could, but: Garcinia cambogia is not innocuous. There have been cases of muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis) with this herb: http://tinyurl.Com/kfp7mq9 that said, my resources showed no specific interactions between garcinia cambogia and zoloft (sertraline).
