A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not from Gallbladder: It is common to have mildly elevated liver enzymes. Most of the time, the elevation is not from a problem with the gallbladder, so, I'm not surprised. The most common causes are alcohol use and fatty liver disease. Of course other causes such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis are also possible and need to be ruled out by you physician with blood work.
