Seek evaluation: pain is normal, but should peak postop days 1-3. If pain getting worse get an evaluation to include physical and labs. A CT may be indicated. Worsening pain after chile could indicate bile leak, biloma, abscess, retained intera-abdominal CO2 (early postop), etc. of course it could be that your having a normal uncomplicated course also, but only a proper assessment can differentiate

Call your surgeon: I would call your surgeon right away. It depends on how close you are to your original surgery. If it has only been a few days, these could be signs and/or symptoms of potentially serious medical conditions related to the surgery such as a cystic duct stump leak, a retained common duct stone. Get seen by your surgeon ASAP.
