Headache: not enough info here. The differential diagnosis includes migraine but also many other things. I would suggest an eye exam

7 day migraine went to ER, had CT & MRI of head. They found polyp within the right maxillary sinus measuring13 mm with high T2 signal. Followed up w/ primary & DR didnt mention this. Could this be the cause of migraines? Other Symptoms too?
Having mild little pains in head go and come. Ct and mri clear. Ent and allergist think Tension or mild migraine. Im a worrier big time. With good Ct and Mri should I still be worried? No other symptoms feel great. Walk 5 miles a day?
