i've got pression on top of the head,forehead and jaw tightness,dizziness and feeling unbalanced,light spots in my eyes sometimes. ct and mri normal.

The pressure and tightness are usual tension headache complaints. High blood pressure can cause lightheadedness and headaches in some people, but I assume you had that checked by the doctor who ordered the CT/MRI of the head. It must be a relief to know there was no tumor found on imaging of the brain. Are you having vertigo such that the world appears to spin around you?
