Probably: Atheroscleortic plaque can be decreased by diet, medication and exercise. Case studies show that even in patients with coronary artery disease who have had bypass, dietary changes can play a significant role in preventing further worsening of arterial changes and may reverse pre-existing disease. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11832674

Clear plaque?: Exercise, diet and statin maybe but from what's in the literature not high probability. Stabilize plaque very likely to almost certainly but not necessarily make it go away.
