If my cholesterol has been a little over 200 (borderline) since 2003 should i have cognitive issues? i am 65 female. my doctor is putting me on a statin soon. would the statin reverse any plaque buildup?

No and may be : High cholesterol isn't related to cognitive function, at least not directly. Statins will prevent further build up of plaque, may or may not reverse the already deposited plaque, wish you wellness
