I don’t think anyone knows how long it takes plaque to develop. The most important thing thing is what you do: watching your cholesterol (diet); blood pressure; exercise; monitoring your blood sugar. All of those things will help to keep your blood vessels clean. Good luck

Does "clear angiogarm" mean NO disease? If you had mild and non-significant narrowings, it is possible for them to have progressed. Not aware of a clear cutoff with regard to the number of years needed for disease to progress, but the family history of arterial disease increases the likelihood of progression of mild disease. Please try a good diet instead of "healthyish", whatever that means.
