ENT: Have another ENT assessment, to determine whether you still need tubes. Having a tube in place for so long will often lead to a perforation or hole in the ear drum that doesn't heal. In your case your Eustachian tube may not be functioning making it difficult for your middle ear to breathe or ventilate.All the best.
