i woke up this morning to stomach cramps. i can now feel my heart be pulsating throughout my stomach but stronger closer to the top of my abdomen , what does this mean?

Feeling your: heart beating in the upper part of your abdomen is normal..The cramps probably indicate an early stomach upset!!(viral or something you ate!!)
