everytime i have a bowel movemnt or i can feel one coming on i have stomach cramps and rapid heart beat why? i have never had these issue in the past.

Not sure.: From your description, it's not clear what is causing your symptoms. I would consider trying to increase the amount of fiber in your diet for a short period of time, to see if it goes away. However, if you have a persistent change in your bowel habits, then you should see your doctor.
