Viral Syndrome?: You seem to have symptoms which suggest these are all due to viral infection but still i will suggest you get yourself checked by your physician to make sure there is nothing else cooking.

Good heart work up: Is normal , not heart related , now you need GI work up , for peptic ulcers, h pylori infections and ge reflex , etc , see you doctor for it
