Every now & then i get this spasm/quiver feeling in my upper abdomen. right below rib cage in the dead center above the belly button. its painless. dr said its gas related not heart. last time it happened it lasted longer & caused panic attack?

LIKELY GASTROINTEST: If you have been evaluated nd had a physical it more than likely is not cardiac where you are describing. Now that you are worried then it is possible that you get worried and have some anxiety.

Hello So currently my stomach is just gurlgling alot and i have been burping and as well having heart palpitations(palps ~4months) This morning i noticed my belly button bleeding. 3~ days sounds like a sponge being squeezed in chest but no pain.
Woke to a 30 sec. burning squeezing pain between breasts.Now same feeling in upper abdomen and ribs below bra line.PCP says heart ok.What causes this?
