YES YOU DO: yes you need to get in touch with your GI doctor to find out why,is it relapsing crohn,do you need nay adjustment to the current treatment,do you need more aggressive treatment,or is it something completely different,like ulcer that decided to form and bleed,that could be caused by stress,or could be caused by the medication you are taking,if you are taking any. bottom line see your GI
