See below: Was a biopsy done? If the colonoscopy findings, biopsy and the blood test all say crohns, please follow your doctor's advice to forestall complications. See this site for more info. We all have e coli in our colon. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0001295/.
