A doctor has provided 1 answer

Was the biopsy taken at the terminal ileum? The findings show that his intestine is reacting to some kind of antigen. I don't think there's an accurate diagnosis as yet. I advise consulting a gastroenterologist and pathologist ( to review the biopsy slides) at a university hospital near you for a more definitive diagnosis and, hopefully, proper treatment. If needed, other specialists are available.
