Depends: Ideally most adults should get 7-9 hours of sleep. However , some adults need less sleep. It is unlikely you will be able to adjust your sleep cycle in one day. I would try to go to sleep around 10pm/11pm. If you cannot fall asleep withing 30 min, get up and do nonstrenuous activity for 20 min, then go back to bed. I see you are on Klonipin & Adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) both can affect sleep.
