No effect on preg: Having one tube removed does not effect your pregnancy rate. This is because an egg from either side can get to your remaining tube. If the tube was removed due to an ectopic pregnancy your ectopic risk for the next pregnancy will be about 15%. Make sure you see a doctor as soon as you find out your pregnant to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
