Left tube removed after ectopic 3 weeks ago, had follow up us today, 14.96 ml right ovary volume @ 3.3x2.5x3.3cm w/ multiple tiny follicles & one large follicle/simple cyst 2.0x1.8x1.9cm. left is 6.85ml w/ multiple tiny follicles as well. is this ok?

Usually when the tube is removed for an ectopic pregnancy, the ovary would be removed at the same time. So presumably the 6.85ml left sided structure is not an ovary. Best to discuss this with your gynecologist who performed the procedure.
