A few days: It takes up to month to fully heal from oral surgery. After three days you should be able to brush normally and eat pretty much whatever you want. Warm salt water rinsed are recommended. Brush the areas that don't cause you pain after surgery but avoid anything that hurts. Best of luck!

24-72 hours: 24 hours you may brush your teeth, but avoid brushing near the surgical site for 3-4 days. After 72 hours gradually add solid foods to your diet as healing progresses. Take care.
