Anywhere from: Birth to 70'sand above. Hemorrhoids are normal veins that we are all born with. Irritation of the hemorrhoids can cause flareups at any age. Avoid constipation and chronic diarrhea. Treat the hemorrhoids nicely and they will be with you for a lifetime.
