How can a 7 month old get hemorrhoids?

I've never seen it: I see skin tags on a kids bottom occasionally & they often have a scratch inside their anus that bleeds if stool is hard are too large. Neither are a sign of hemorrhoids. I have never seen a true hemorrhoid in a kid in 3 decades of practice.
