Two times ive gone to the bathroom ive had a clear mucus like substance from my anus. im not experiencing any pain, i do have a hemorrhoid that is external and is almost gone, it no longer hurts, its two weeks old. what could this be?

Passing mucus through the rectum isn't concerning unless there is copious amount or associated intestinal symptoms or there is a STD present. However since you were experiencing anal discomfort an anal fissure may have been the cause. A proctologist is best to evaluate you if anal discomfort or problematic hemorrhoidal symptoms don't fully resolve.
