What is it: The best way to know for certain is to ask for a pathology report. When tissue is removed from the body it is usually sent to a pathologist for examination. The pathology report will tell you what process is happening involving your fallopian tube. Could be endometriosis, a simple parartubal cyst or one of several other things. Best of luck.
