Trending: if your pain and range of motion are improving then those are good signs, if not then return for re-evaluation. hope you heal well.

Orthopedic MD: See an orthopedic MD. I'd do whatever they suggest. Most of the time they do NOT operate on a clavicle fracture. We've also stopped using figure 8 splints. If your break is really bad, the figure 8 will get you a better result if you choose nonoperative approach, but tends to be more pain with this type of splint. Hope that helps.
