I'm still having acid reflux until now. i take zantac (ranitidine) 300mg am/pm. not working, when im hungry it get worst and i should eat every 2-3hrs. help me.

Scope: you need to have upper endoscopy to evaluate for ulcer .. In the mean time add omeprazole 20mg twice daily.. If you don't want scope then make sure u add omeprazole and get blood test for H.pylori and if positive get treatment
