Gi problems: Few things you can do while waiting for appointment- drink more water, increase fibers intake, eat more vegetables/fruits. Try some otc medicine for constipation to help your likely constipation. Avoid certain foods that upset your stomach like soda, acidic , spicy food, etc. Make sure you eat regularly. Avoid coffee, tomatoes, orange juice.Space out between dinner and bed time at least 4 hours.
