GI doctor: Gb ejection fraction of 22% is low and your symptoms could be related to gall bladder disease, which is usually helped by gall bladder surgery. Endoscopy of the esophagus, stomach, and proximal small bowel may be necessary to determine why not getting relief from zantac (ranitidine).Gi doctor knowing the cause of your specific symptoms can suggest appropriate diet.

Make changes: I would change zantac (ranitidine) for Omeprazole taken daily for 1-2 months. But the most important thing you can do is diet modifications. Avoid alcohol, tobacco use, and eating last meal at least 2 hours prior to bedtime. If there is no real improvement after a few weeks, you need an endoscopy for further evaluation of you GI system. Regarding hida, ef is a bit low. If abdominal pain involved get ultrasound.
