A member asked:

Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth out on monday alongside a bone graft on the top two teeth. have seen some places you should restrict diet to soft foods for 3-4 months after a bone graft. is this true for wisdom teeth grafts as well? it seems drastic?

EAT SOFT FOODS FOR TWO WEEKS AND KEEP AREA CLEAN BY RINSING WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND WATER. DON'T PUT ANY PRESSURE ON GRAFT AND BE YOU WILL FINE.
