Calorie-counter app: Hard to answer your question without knowing your height, weight & activity level. Also, I don't know if you're trying to lose or maintain weight. I would first recommend you set your goal - you can use an online resource, dietitian or personal trainer - & then use a Calorie-counter app (I personally use "Lose It!") to monitor & help stay on track.
