Not a good eating: Habit. It helps to eat a balanced diet in small amounts during the day. Eating one big meal at night is more likely to lead to the excess calories being stored as fat. If any thing your last meal for the day should be the smallest. It would be good to consult a nutritionist or your doctor for on-going care and advice.
