How do i get steady hands to become a surgeon?

Steady hands: Surgical skills are a combination of clinical knowledge and manual dexterity. I believe that it is simply practice and spending the time to learn. That is why surgical residencies are so long. Steadiness comes with practice. Avoiding caffeine, breathing excercises, and meditation help. I advise avoiding beta blockers if possible. More important than steady hands is dedication and compassion.
