No: A simple "sprain" of your wrist would certainly be healed by 7 and one half months. It suggest something more is going on. What you really need is a very specific diagnosis of your injury at this point; and then based upon that diagnosis, coming up with an appropriate treatment plan to get you better.

Yes: Sprains should heal in 6-8 weeks. You might have a torn ligament or a fracture. You need to see a hand specialist. You need special X-ray and possibly a MRI.
