Disk or tumor: This is a no brainer- you already have a history of tumor and if they are saying it could be herniated disc or tumor you need to find out - the latter needs to be treated, the former treatment not needed unless you have symptoms that do not respond to regular management. While you are at high risk there are procedures that can be done with local and minor sedation to assist in the diagnosis
