I had neck surgery in2009 and mri on back that showed 4 bulging discs could this be what is causing a burning sensation pretty much from neck to my fe?

Possible: Internal scaring after surgery is common , along with disc bulges that may create narrowing around the spine and lead to spinal impingement, i recommend an evaluation by a pain dr , new MRI with a without contrast along with emg/ncs are useful tests to determine the cause of the pain
