Evaluate tinnitus: I think you could use an audiology examination. There are ways of getting rid of tinnitus...meaning devices that can cause white noise interference and cancel out the sound "in your head." You also should have your throat examined either for an infection or mass lesion, or something which means physician visit as soon as you can get in to see someone.
