Clicks in ear/throat off and on since nov, went away came back 2 weeks ago daily off and on. i have bfs,tinnitus,tmj,gerd and etd. someone said palatal myoclonus on here? i have an ent and neuromuscular dr. scopes/exam normal. what else could this be?

When I open my mouth I see slight movement in my soft palate at times not the uvula. Ent said everyone has movement when opening mouth holding open? Is that true? I have tinnitus and I do get clicking sometimes. Scopes are normal. Have gerd/tmj too?
