Tinnitus in left ear since yest.had throat infection a week ago which subsided,but i feel pain on right side of throat when i touch it/move my head.

There are many: possible causes for these symptoms and some of them are serious (tonsillar abscess) so it would be wise to be evaluated by a health care provider to make certain nothing serious is going on.
