Exercise: It will increase your metabolism , making you burn more calories, you will have more energy, less stress this will cause less stress eating . Add to this a well balanced diet like, weight watchers or south beach. And before you know it you will lose weight. There is no magic. Diet pills for the most part are not worth the package they were put in.
