I'm not a fan of this feast or famine technique( or any fads for losing weight. People find it very difficult to stick to the total fasting,become very hungry,irritable & eventually give up,regain more weight than ever. Also feast days have resulted in high LDL(bad) cholesterol levels in some studies. Stick to daily eating of restricted calories with lots of vegetables. See a dietician for guidanc
