Do something else: Get busy to take your mind off it. Do a bit of exercise like go for a walk. If you exercise intensely it will burn more calories, but it will also make you feel more hungry later however. Drink lots of water. Try flavoring it with some lemon. Fill up on low glycemic index veggies like greens and broccoli(no corn or potatoes). Brush your teeth.
