Of course.: You should certainly be concerned enough to ask your doctor about the significance of your brain scan. Clearly he or she was concerned enough to order it in the first place.

Needs a plan: The treatment for epidermoid lesions is usually surgical. I presume you have a good, qualified medical team that's already on top of this problem for you. The imaging you obtained helps with developing a good plan for you. Best of luck!
