All open: Depending on nature of the lesion, size, thickness, spread to nodes various options are open. A small skin lesion on the extremities or trunk can be locally excised. If somewhat larger, diffuse and on an area such as scalp, then electron beam RT can be offered. If localized and surgery not chosen, medication such as Efudex (fluorouracil) cream will work. If a large oral cavity lesion, RT chemo combo used.
