Very good evening doctors! what are the symptoms of a chordoma or a chondrosarcoma? at one point dr. thought it was a possibility from mri, but leaned more to epidermoid because of lack of enhancement. should i do a follow-up mri?

Pursue further: Not clear as to the nature of your MRI lesion, and appears there is some uncertainty by your physician. Time for a second opinion. Perhaps a neurosurgeon at a nearby medical school.

Rpt MRI in 6 months: Given the location, it is better to repeat the MRI in 6 months and if no further growth or symptoms resolve, can switch to another MRI in one year with follow up in neurosurgery clinic.
