Need exam: It is impossible to tell what is going on without looking in your ear. If you have infection in the canal then the cipro (ciprofloxacin) drops cold be helpful but if you have middle ear infection then you need oral antibiotics. You need to have a doctor look at your ear to determine what is going on.
