Hi, i have a severe outer ear infection and it didnt work to get rid of it naturally. i am 23 weeks pregnant and they prescribed ciprofloxacin 0.3 %- dexamethasone 0.1 % ear drops 4 drops twice a day for 7 days. are the drops safe to take?

The drugs in drops/creams/lotions you apply to outside surfaces including your ear canal do not enter the blood. To reach the fetus and cause harm they must enter the blood, usually in things you eat/drink or have injected. I would not worry about these drops.
