Catch Yourself: It requires a big commitment to be aware of your thoughts, catch them and replace them, but that's what it takes. Look out for words like always, never, must, should, etc., and replace them with more reasonable statements. Try to stay out of the past or worrying about things in the future which have not happened. Most things are not a catastrophe, but have solutions. Above all be kind to yourself!
