Unprotected vag and oral sex, cant stop thinking of hiv. i had a hiv test negative at 13 days then another one hiv 1/2 abs/p24 ag negative at 28th days both in laboratory. i am still afraid of hiv. which test at 45 days will be the most conclusive?

Your negative test results so far are nearly conclusive. For 100% certainty, have another antigen-antibody (AgAb) blood test at least 45 days after the exposure. In the meantime, stay relaxed: almost certainly you didn't catch HIV.

Agree with Dr. Handsfield. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation. Visit this site for information: https://www.cdc.gov/std/default.htm Wish you good health!
