It will heal : It is not unusual and soreness will go away and it will heal without any problem.If it continue to hurt and there is swelling or redness extending upwards than consult your doctor.In all probability it will be ok

HIDA Scan: HIDA Scan is a nuclear test for Gallbladder disease During the test, a hormone called cholecystokinin (CCK) may be injected through the IV line. This hormone causes the gallbladder to contract and release bile. CCK can cause side effects, such as nausea and stomach cramping. These side effects should go away after a few minutes. In your case IV was not in the vein may have leaked causing pain
