I have some bites at my arm pit area on my right arm and few days later the same kind of bites on my left also underarm area.

Bites or Infection: Maybe bites.. maybe not. Do you shave? Infections do occur under the arm pits. Shaving can spread from one side to another. Do you have pets? Check them for fleas. If they are bites they should heal pretty fast. If they dont or if they get larger, tender, swollen, warm or drain anything then see your doctor.
